Everything Jazz with Bob Protzman
The place where you are sure to hear the very latest jazz releases and reissues; tributes to deceased musicians and those celebrating birth dates; jazz classics by the masters; today's finest individual players, instrumental groups and vocalists, and previews of artists visiting Erie and the region.
As the show's title indicates, "Everything Jazz" offers the full, rich spectrum of instrumental and vocal jazz, from ragtime to New Orleans "trad" jazz to small group and big-band swing, be-bop, "hard" boppers, soul jazz, jazz blues, fusion jazz (acoustic and electric jazz-rock-funk-hip-hop, et al), the "out cats" (avant garde), and world music.
